Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have:
- 10+2 (Intermediate) from a recognized board
- Punjabi language as a subject in Matriculation (Class 10)
For Ex-Servicemen, the minimum qualification is Matriculation.

Selection Process
The Punjab Police Constable recruitment process consists of multiple stages.
Stage 1 – Computer Based Test (CBT)
Paper I (100 Marks)
Subjects include:

Paper II – Punjabi Language

Physical Screening Test (PST)

- Long Jump – 3.80 meters
- High Jump – 1.10 meters
Female Candidates
- 800 meter race – 4 minutes 30 seconds

- High Jump – 0.95 meters
